Olly signed for Whites in June 2008 from Ramsgate, where he had caught the eye for several years in Rams' rise up the pyramid.

Strong, commanding and dominant in the air, Olly established himself as one of the best centre backs in the Ryman League at Ramsgate and has since gone on to improve his overall game whilst at Dover Athletic.

Olly was named in the Blue Square South Team of the Season for 2009/10. He made 32 league appearances, scoring nine goals (including a hat-trick at Hampton & Richmond). He signed a new contract at Crabble in May 2010.
