MATCH PREVIEW: DOVER VS HUNGERFORD TOWN

We start our National League South home campaign this afternoon when Hungerford Town visits Crabble for the first time (3pm).

The Berkshire-based Crusaders arrive in Kent on the back of a 1-0 defeat against visiting Concord Rangers last Saturday with former White Ricky Modeste scoring the goal in the season opener.

Captain Lee Martin (pictured) scored our goal to earn a share of the points after a 1-1 draw at Worthing a week ago.

Andy Hessenthaler won’t be in the dugout for Whites again with Academy manager Mike Sandmannonce again deputising as the manager serves the second of a two-game ban following his red card against Weymouth in the final game of last season.

DOVER TEAM NEWS

Goalkeeper Stuart Nelson, defender Will Moses, midfielder George Wilkinson, and forward Reece Grant will all miss the game through injury.
