MATCH PREVIEW: EBBSFLEET UNITED V DOVER

It’s a second Kent Derby of the season for Whites on Bank Holiday Monday when Andy Hessenthaler’s side heads to the Kuflink Stadium to take on the high-flying Fleet at 3pm today.

The league-leading hosts have won all five of their games so far this season and are currently two points clear of second-place Havant & Waterlooville.

They won 2-1 at Concord Rangers last Saturday with goals from Shaq Coulthirst and Kieran Monlouis.

LAST TIME WE MET – DECEMBER 28th 2019

Michael Woods’ first-half stunner proved enough for Andy Hessenthaler’s side to win a second consecutive National League game over the festive period.

Woods scored the all-important goal in the 14th minute, firing home from the edge of the box to register his first goal for the club.

Dover: Mersin, Passley, De Havilland, Lokko, Taylor, Woods, Reason, Munns (Yusuff 59mins), Modeste (Rigg 72mins), Effiong, L’Ghoul (Jeffrey 68mins). Subs not used: Simpson, Cumberbatch.

Attendance: 1,222 (205 away).
